Villa All Serene
Villa All Serene is a detached 4 Bedroom self-catering private villa which sits in a large plot surrounding by panoramic mountain views. The garden and pool areas are in the sun all day and protected by the surrounding mountains which gives the area a very pleasant summer climate.
It is 10 minutes drive from the lively town of Gandia with its stylish shops and restaurants and 20 minutes drive from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean.
Villa All Serene is in a quiet road on an urbanisation which forms the small community of La Drova. The property is well appointed and built to high specifications. It is ideal for families and couples who like the beach to be accessible but can retreat to the peaceful countryside.
Accommodation is all on 2 levels and will sleep up to 8 people The kitchen is well equipped and has a huge fridge freezer, oven, microware and hob. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the Piella house. The large lounge/dining room is comfortable with views of the mountains. In the private pool area, sun loungers and patio furniture are provided.
Car essential. Airports: Valencia 47 miles/70 kms, Alicante 62 miles/96 kms.

Serenity features high on many people's wish list for a holiday hideway to get away from it all. This fabulous Villa has been named "All Serene" and it lives up to expectations. The garden is a haven of tranquillity to be enjoyed through all seasons and the house comfortable and quiet.
The area is fabulous for walks; it's only 15 minutes to the beach, but the most likely is to make use of the beautiful garden and the rather inviting swimming pool. There's an outside kitchen/barbeque or perhaps more correctly a paella house and the garden has lots of different areas so you can still escape!
Once inside the villa comes into its own with spacious rooms all round, a fabulous covered terrace and a second glazed terrace to enjoy the cooler months.
